  • Where do you post to?

    We post to Australia, New Zealand, USA UK and select European countries at this time.

  • How long should I expect to wait until my item is shipped?

    We aim to ship items within 2-5 days. All items are handmade to order so can take up to 5 days in peak times.

  • Are these items hard copy or print at home?

    All resource packs arrive hard copy and ready to use. All resource packs are laminated using high quality laminating sheets and equipment to deliver quality finished products.

  • Do you take custom orders?

    We are unable to take custom orders at the moment.

  • What is your return policy?

    We are unable to accept returns based on change of mind.

  • What icons/pictures do you use?

    We hold a current licence to use Boardmaker Picture Communication Symbols (PCS) icons on all of our resources.

  • How long should I expect to wait until my item is shipped?

  • Do your products contain small parts?

    Yes. Our products may contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard to young children. Items with small parts including velcro ticks are not advised for children under 3 years. Supervision for young children is advised.

  • Can I claim on my Australian NDIS Package?

    Yes! Individuals within the Plan and Self-Managed categories of the NDIS can claim eligible costs within their packages. To request an invoice, kindly complete the 'Get In Touch' section below and submit a message detailing the desired products, along with your name and address
