Resolving Conflict Resource Pack

This pack uses restorative questioning techniques to help parents and kids talk through a process to resolve conflict experienced between children and their peers.

It includes two seperate charts of restorative questions including:

1. Solving Conflict when you have made a mistake
2. Solving Conflict when someone else has made the mistake.

The Restorative questions technique is a teaching and learning approach that encourages behaviour that is supportive and respectful.

It encourages individuals to reflect on their behaviour and to repair any harm caused to others as a result of their actions.

It also ensures that kids have the opportunity to reflect on the situation when have then the target of others behaviour and consider what their needs are in repairing friendships, relationships and ensure positive emotional health.
